March 17-20, 2024

Professionals in the long-term care insurance industry are lucky to have the ILTCI Conference, an annual event not to be missed! Beginning on St. Patrick’s Day, the conference will take place in San Diego, California, and Fuzion is a proud Diamond Level-sponsor of this well-attended event. The conference will provide industry colleagues the golden opportunity to participate in educational sessions designed to offer industry insights, updates, and innovations. Several Fuzion leaders will be involved in the following sessions and panels:

 

  • Under the Claims & Underwriting session track, Jane Menin Bagley, General Counsel and Chief Fraud Officer, produced and will moderate an engaging session with a panel of experts, including a California District Attorney, to discuss perspectives related to elder abuse and LTCi fraud. The session will include a review of case studies and discussion of lessons learned, including important considerations for carriers and TPA’s to enhance their processes and documentation.

 

  • Under the Management & Operations session track, Mary Miller, VP of Human Resources will share her organizational development expertise in a session on change management and knowledge management entitled “The Only Thing We Have to Change is Change Itself.” This session will be moderated by Debbie Maas, VP of Communications and Client Engagement.

 

  • Debbie will also moderate a panel discussion on “Personas to Personalization, Bringing Campaigns to ‘Life’” under the Marketing, Engagement & Research session track. This session will include some great customer engagement case studies and discussions around targeted customer communications.

October 1-4, 2023

Fuzion looks forward to its involvement in this year’s ICA Annual Education Conference, the premier event for connecting and empowering insurance professionals in the life, health, long-term care, and disability claims fields. During the event to be held in Marco Island, Florida, Fuzion’s VP of Operations Julie Peterson will moderate the session “Healthcare Workforce Challenges” produced by VP of Communications and Client Engagement Debbie Maas. Panel members will share their different perspectives on the challenges of healthcare workers burnout and quiet quitting, the impact this has on health and long-term care insurance claims, and trends in both people-based and innovative solutions.

As a long-time sponsor of the Long-Term Care International Forums and webinars, Fuzion looks forward to joining LTCi peers, clients, and partners in New Orleans, Louisiana for this year’s LTCIF education and networking event! Fuzion’s deep involvement with the association shows through the commitment of its associates such as Jane Menin Bagley, General Counsel and Chief Fraud Officer, who serves as program co-chair and will lead a panel of industry experts in a discussion on LTCi Fraud, Waste, and Abuse; Duane Anderson, SVP, Chief Technology Officer, who will present on “Modernizing Your Workflow Using Technology”, and Debbie Maas, VP of Communications and Client Engagement, who is active on the LTCIF Board of Directors.

After postponing the Long-Term Care International Forum for the last two years, this well-established conference will finally make it to San Antonio, Texas in 2022. The conference provides LTCi experts with a broad array of educational sessions and ample opportunities to network with others in the challenging LTCi industry. In addition to sponsorship of the LTCIF webinars, Fuzion is a proud sponsor of the LTCIF; bringing industry professionals together to discuss issues and solutions.

The annual ILTCI Conference is back as an in-person event for 2022 — and we could not be more excited! As a Diamond Sponsor of this year’s conference in Raleigh, North Carolina, Fuzion will proudly join an assemblage of expert speakers with breakout sessions and presentations on timely topics affecting the long-term care insurance industry. Update: The 2021 LTCIF Conference was postponed due to ongoing pandemic concerns.

The annual ILTCI Conference has returned in 2021—and it’s virtual and FREE! A void was left in our industry with the cancellation of the 20th Annual ILTCI Conference due to the pandemic. Conference attendees will still enjoy a wide array of educational sessions and workshops designed to provide LTCi professionals with the latest news on industry trends and solutions to the industry’s most pressing issues. Fuzion continues to support this year’s conference through sponsorship of the Management and Operations track. Free registration is open for over 40 virtual educational sessions.

Update: The 2020 LTCIF Conference was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and member company travel restrictions.

Update: The 2020 ILTCI conference was cancelled to ensure the safety of industry attendees due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
 

The ILTCI will be celebrating its 20th year at the 2020 Annual Intercompany Long-Term Care Insurance Conference. Fuzion supports this conference through our Diamond level sponsorship. The conference is a great way to keep leaders and associates always thinking about industry trends and how Fuzion can help solve some of the challenges facing long-term care insurance. A wide variety of breakout sessions and workshops will be offered to attendees during their time in Denver.
