Fuzion Wins Award of Excellence for Policyholder Education Video

Fuzion was presented with a 2022 Showcase Award of Excellence from the Insurance Marketing and Communication Association (IMCA) during its annual conference held in Orlando, Florida in June. For 63 years, the Showcase Awards has recognized the most effective and innovative work from the best teams in insurance marketing and communications. Fuzion received their award in the Audio/Visual Communications category for their Policyholder Election Package Video submission.

Fuzion created a series of educational videos for a target audience of their client’s policyholders, family members, and trusted advisors. The video series provided policyholders with information to help guide them through the decision-making process associated with complex premium rate and benefit changes to their policies. The goal of the video series was to assist policyholders in making the best decision given their individual circumstances. The average age of the policyholders was 86, which was a primary consideration in developing written materials and the video series.

A cross-functional team was dedicated to this effort for more than a year. Fuzion also engaged external subject matter experts in direct marketing and consumer research to ensure we would provide our client’s policyholders, family members, and trusted advisors with the best resources possible to assist them with their decisions.
