The Fuzion team partners with its clients to customize a fraud program that can range from managing the entire SIU program to providing more targeted FWA services including training and building components of an FWA program to meet a client’s specific needs.

As an organization that is always evolving, Fuzion is excited to announce new leadership in our industry-leading FWA services area. Jane Menin Bagley, Esq. joined Fuzion in 2020 as Vice President and Chief Fraud Officer and oversees the SIU team where she brings great value to existing and future client FWA programs. With 30 years of LTCi experience including extensive SIU operations management experience, her deep knowledge, collaborative style, and leadership skills are a tremendous asset to both our team and our clients.

Jane will continue to build and enhance Fuzion’s FWA program services on the solid foundation shaped by the skills and credentials of Fuzion’s SIU team. The Fuzion team is comprised of experienced and certified fraud examiners who hold memberships in multiple professional organizations such as the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and other specialized organizations. The Fuzion SIU team brings a total of more than 70 years of fraud-related investigation experience to their roles.
